Members of the Consistory are voted for by the members of the Congregation. Consistory meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm. All are welcome to attend Consistory Meetings.

Branch Meetings

All the works of our church are divided into branches. Interested in participating in something? Come to a Branch Meeting! All are welcome, no commitments or membership required.

Meetings are held monthly on Tuesdays at 6:30pm. Stewardship Branch meets the 1st Tuesday of every month, Faith Formation Branch meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month, and Ministries Branch meets the 4th Tuesday of every month.

Newsletters

We have two main newsletters at Forks: Tidings (bi-monthly) and Weekly Happenings. Other than these newsletters, we send out occasional emails about upcoming services, important events, special mission projects, and any other important information. Membership

We encourage all regular attendees to become members once they have decided that Forks UCC is for them. Being an official member of Forks UCC adds you to our member list, allows you to vote to help make decisions in congregational meetings, participate in the growth of our church, and serve as an Elder or Deacon if you choose to.

Baptisms

The Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated at Forks UCC as requested. Please contact us if you desire to have your child or yourself baptized into the faith and family of Jesus Christ.

Prayer Requests & Prayer List

Submit the names of any person, place, or situation you would like prayers for below. All requests will be sent to Pastor Laura to be read aloud during our Worship service next Sunday and added to our Prayer List.

Volunteer Clearances

All staff and volunteers working with children at Forks UCC need to have PA State Clearances on file. Need your clearances for volunteering at a youth event? Follow the 3 links below. Volunteer Clearances are free, you will not be charged anything. Please email your clearances to office@forksucc.org when you receive them. Clearances are kept on file for 5 years before needing to be renewed.
