Our Evangelism and Outreach ministry team puts our faith into action here at Forks UCC. Each month, we have many missions supporting our local community and abroad in which you can donate your time, talents, or treasure to enhance our initiatives.

Our Local Initiatives

  • Collecting food weekly to support local area Food Banks

  • Providing and serving meals at Safe Harbor Easton

  • Preparing and distributing bagged lunches for Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering

  • Making Chemo Care Bags for Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley

  • Filling bookbags with school supplies for local school students in need

  • Putting together Easter and Thanksgiving meals to deliver to local families in need

  • Supporting Northampton County Children and Youth by filling yearly Christmas gift bags

  • Participating in the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley’s Holiday Hope Chest program

  • Helping Forks Township's Trout Unlimited clean the banks of the Bushkill Creek for Earth Day

Our Global Initiatives

Outside our local community, we focus on contributing to disaster relief through the United Church of Christ.  Recently, we have collected funds to support the flooding in North Carolina due to Hurricane Helene and the devastating damage to Jamaica after Hurricane Melissa.
